STUCK - Viper Napuatzi Boss encounter in T15Maps

While rolling to dodge her attacks, got stuck without being able to move and any skills not firing out.

Boss seemed to not be able to reach my character and I couldn't reach her.

Same here, somehow got outside of the soldiers' barrier and boss and I cannot hit each other.

OP if you are stuck like I was still, there's an option at character select screen to log in to hideout next to your char. Hope this helps!
