Rollback crash with Staggering Palm+Tempest Bell+Temper Weapon

Some kind of interaction is happening with Staggering Palm, Tempest Bell and Temper Weapon that is causing instances to crash and rollback character. It also sometimes doesnt crash and instead causes a MASSIVE explosion which instantly deletes any boss it hits
