POE 2 Missing Passives

I have completed 2 quests to get skill points and I have not received the items for the skill points.
1 I Killed the Blind Beast and did not receive the item for the 2 passive skills.
2 I Killed Oswin, the dread warden and did not receive the item for the 2 passive skills.


any help would be greatly appreciated

From the patch notes:

The Blind Beast no longer drops a Bile-soaked Tome. Instead, the Dark Mists quest now grants a Mist-shrouded Tome (which grants two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points) in addition to its existing rewards (Uncut Skill Gem and Gold).
