Minion Spirit reservation costs increased after patch notable not calculating correctly (Lord of horrors)

* in the gem skills menu displaying reservation amount. It shows a number that is disconnected from the full cost and the reservation effeciency. still seems to be the correct amount when applied, turning on the skill however. Misleading when figuring out what you are going to enable anyhow and needs to be fixed.
