Stuck inside abyss craters

I have been stuck several times since the patch inside abyss craters. Small abyss craters as seen in the below screenshot will spawn on top on me and I cannot move until they despawn. I've noticed that a HH buff from abyss mobs can create these craters in addition to the mobs themselves. It appears that both instances will lead to me getting stuck inside.

This has happened in 3 different zones since the patch. Typically I will either have to portal out and rejoin the zone if the crater does not respawn, or I will have to wait until my HH abyss buff to fall off and the crater to despawn.



I'll try to get a better screenshot and add to this post the next time it happens.

Was a bug last league as well, you can unequip HH to remove buffs instantly. Happens multiple times per map for me atm.
