Constant stuttering/unplayable since patch

Ever since the patched dropped I can't take two steps without freezing. Feels like I have 1 fps on xbox. Every patch something breaks, I was excited to finally use logbooks since we couldn't use them on controller, but now I can't even load into a map without dying because my character will just stutter and next thing I know I'm dead standing in a pack of mobs.
