Map boss dug underground and won't come back

I can't place a portal to leave, warp to a friend, or kill the boss. The boss went to do their area attack and after breaking the bone spikes and walking out to avoid it she never came back up. I may have froze the boss as they went under due to the moonbeams from lunar blessing continuing to rain down on her.

A random rare mob in the vaal temple has also done the same thing leaving me unable to clear the spymaster's study room, but I can at least warp away from the room and avoid it in this instance.
