Abyssal Depths Meta Skills not working

I have 2 meta skill gems active. Reaper's Invocation (which is a manually triggered) and Cast on Elemental Ailment (which is an automated trigger). Both of them had Spark in them. I can use them outside of depths with no problems. But within the depth when I tried to trigger Reaper, the character was saying "I cannot". And Cast on EA was triggering into nothing. There is no modifier that effects any of those. I might have missed an info about depths, if so sorry about that but there might be a bug as well.

I have the same problem. Blasphemy and Lingering spirit stops working as soon as I enter the Abyssal Depth. Everything looks normal on buff icons and in gem menu.
