Constant Freezing / Crashing

I'm finishing up a ~5 hour session and I've had the game freeze at least 10 times, roughly twice per hour. I know others have posted about this but I don't think enough attention is being given to the issue. Before the most recent patch I'd freeze up maybe once every 1 - 2 hours, still got great but it's gotten way worse.

I froze on almost every boss, and some times just running through the map.

I noticed this too. A lot of spikes and random freezes.
