Screen Tearing occurred immediately after Defeating Yama in act 4

I've done the campaign on numerous characters and never saw this before. When Yama the White yielded, my screen started tearing with horizontal lines all over the place. I restarted teh game and the problem cleared but this was a first for me.

If its helpful, I'm running an NVidia RTX 4600 on a desktop.
NVidia driver version is 32.0.15.8115
