POE 2 patch 0.4.0c Mob Stuck in Terrain

I just wanted to post this for Dev visibility. Doing a Vaal Temple run and could not complete a room due to the skeleton mob that got stuck in terrain and could not be hit by any abilities.
Simple issue with probably a not so simple solution.
