Ascendancy

I earned 4 points myself and joined a party twice to carry Sekhema's Ascension to get the remaining 4 points.

In both attempts, the interaction with the statue didn't happen, and the points didn't appear. Despite clicking on the statue multiple times, the points never came through.

Has anyone else experienced this error? The service providers are accusing me of theft.
