SHAME ON YOU GGG

In the las could of days, when Im hovering over an item in the trade window, pressing and holding ALT it didn't shows the item tier and other details anymore. I tried to repair the game file, change key binds, reinstalling the game but nothing works. This is extremely frustrating cuz I cant buy items, cant trade properly, this is not fun

the support team sending me off to write on the forum, because they dont have time for this, maybe the devs will see and do something. This is the lowest customer service ever in a game where Im spending real money.
