Performance Issues this Season (0.4)

Is anyone else having severe performance issues as well? I Have been trying to diagnose my own issues and messing with different settings. Currently on a 3070ti 8gb vram, i5-12k series, 32gb ram, game is on my m.2 ssd, and yet I cannot play this game and afk sailing on runescape, but That is just the tip of the iceberg though. Comparing to other friends, everytime i load the waystone device it takes like 15-20 seconds to show the map atlas, so i can pick my new map. The game is freezing multiple times a day, I have died in trial of chaos because too many overlapping red circles from my choices that were not loading in properly.
Overall just a bad time, with insane loading screen times and lower than usual fps. I don't seem to have this problem with any other games, its just been Path of exile 2 (and 1 sometimes).
