Requiem combined with Garukhan´s resolve causing Crash

As Title say i assume combination oF Requiem (skill from last lament crossbow) and Garukhan´s Resolve support gem crashing my client back to charracter screen,with closing map(map attempted) and rollback around 1m
It happend me like 4th time in row when i was switching support gems inside Requiem skill
