Standard league items are bugged

Items on my standard league sorcerous state: "You cannot use this item. Its stats will be ignored". and yes, i have way more than enough stats required to use the gear. And several different pieces of my gear has this issue.

most socketables are limited to 1 per item, so if you have 2 sirrius on 1 item it will be unusable until you remove one.
