Kurgal's Leash works only on some command skills with djin minions

Hi,

Kurgal's Leash support doesn't work with some of the djins commands:
tested Navira:
Navira's Fracturing - doesn't work
Navira's Well - doesn't work
Navira's Oasis - doesn't work
Navira's Embrace - does work


So it seems that support works only on basic command, but skills above still have command keyword.
Very confusing if it works as is supposed to, really hoping it's a bug
