Corrupted Nexus Boss Spawn Bug

In a corrupted nexus, if you die (with revives left) on normal map boss, respawn and then kill the boss, the corrupted nexus boss does not spawn, wont give you your atlas passive points, but the area will still be cleansed. Very frustrating.
