Pinnacle of Power - unbinds every time I change location

PS5 - I bind Pinnacle of Power skill from the wand, and it unbinds every single time I go anywhere, and I need to bind it again.. very annoying.

I think it somehow connected that Adonia's Ego have two implicit spells and second (pinnacle of power) processed incorrectly.
If you add siphon power to spell bar (I added it to ctrl activated group so it is invisible unless you press ctrl) pinnacle of power will be added to first available slot and wouldn't disappear after area change.
Also it prevent auto switch weapon set and you need manually (via weapon swap or using skill from this set) switch to pinnacle of power weapon set to be able to use it.

On ps5 i cant even get the skill to cast. Even if I have three power charges
