Abyss crack locations trapping the character in POE2.

We urgently need a hotfix regarding the Abyss Crack buff we get from Headhunter. The character is getting trapped every time they acquire this buff in tight terrain; they get stuck inside the crack and can't move or dodge, remaining immobile in place.
