Can't use Chance Orb on Flasks

Since there are now 2 new Unique Flasks that are global drops since 0.4 i tried to chance orb a Lavingia's Spirits.

It reports back with an error message "Item cannot increase in rarity" which is identical to the talisman bug that got fixed.

Haven't tried the base of the Warrior's Blood unique flask, but i'ld assume it throws the same error.

Please fix or specify that this is intended behaviour for flasks.
