[Minor Bug] Wrong shield description

The shield description seems wrong here, Raise Shield claims to block all incoming hits, while the shield explanation itself says that active blocking (Raise Shield) block "only" all incoming Strikes and Projectiles.

Hope its okay to post it here too since the german threads aren't as active as here
