Multiple bugs found

1. Player HP bar still bugged with red "bleed" bar when using Herald of Blood

2. Unable to see actual maximum energized crystals from Vaal mechanic once you upgrade the maximum cap

3. Reduced attribute requirement of Sceptre lets you use the aura, but unable to socket any gems into it

Also STILL have a bug where some kind of action speed debuff, even when the debuff expires, does not get removed from the player and needs to re-zone to hideout and back into map to remove.....
