Endless loading screen end of Act II

I am having an issue, where my Druid cannot access the Ardura Caravan after the boss on the Dreadnought at the end of Act II.

I'm stuck on an endless loading screen, hard locked on this character. Even after reconnecting, shutting down steam and restarting, I still only get the loading Screen (gears are moving, hints are cycling) when I try to load my character.

I'm happy to provide any further Info if needed.
