Shaman ascendancy exposure clashing with frost bomb exposure

The "turning of the seasons" exposure in your presence stops the stronger version of exposure of frost bomb from proccing.

It would be nice if frost bomb could apply exposure even if the enemy is in your presence instead of it stopping at 20%.
