Atziri's Temple Map: Room spawns with no exit to Atziri's Chamber

I used an automation lab to path to Atziri's chamber and on the Temple Map where I was placing the rooms, it has an open path to her chamber. In game, once I pathed there, there was just a wall. On my Temple Console it says there's a path, but there's no path in game.
