Vaal Temple NPC spawn under Commaners Hall

"Telzaro, High Priest" spawned in underneath the tier 2 commanders hall. Cant attack them. Can only leave the room via portal. Cant complete room.

This has been a very recurring issue with the Vaal High Priest boss.

It will use a move that will plunge him into the ground so he can teleport to somewhere else, only to end up being stuck in the animation 90% pf the time, thus rendering him invincible and locking you out of the encounter.

I've had this happen multiple times already and it's pretty infuriating, especially when it locks all the temple rooms behind it because it won't open the door unless you kill him.
