Auras not working on my current druid

My blasphemy aura is not applying any socketed curses to enemies. I've TRIPLE checked to make sure everything is right. Top left of my screen shows the purple box indicating that I am applying curse effects. Yet no mobs high or low level are affected by any socketed curse gems of any level. I.E they have no curse icons above their heads. I then notice that my Herald doesn't seem to be working either. I believe I have reached a bugged state. I have the spirit to turn everything on, Stats to make sure they work, and also have played the game series since 2013 so im pretty sure I know how everything works. I'm at a loss.
