Sacrosanctum and Scarred Faith Bug

With Sacrosanctum equipped and Scarred Faith selected the recoup gain from Sacrosanctum seems to just stop working. The recoup from Scarred Faith is still active so could possibly be related to the cannot recover via regeneration effect on Scarred Faith.
