Charged staff lose efficacy after re-Shapeshift

I use a quaterstaff in my mainhand and a talismans offhand. When mapping, I found the Charged staff buff lose efficacy if I use Pounce in wolf form.

normally using Charged staff ---- use Pounce to take a leap ---- shapeshifted into human and Charged staff lose efficacy

The Charged staff buff icon is still there and still has duration time left, but has no effect, consuming power charges and recharging again didn't work either. I have to reinsert the Charged staff skill.
