bug with chaos inoculation

i m dyeing with chaos inoculation but full energy shield, some time i`m not seeing "resurrected n town" and if i'm relog i`m alive and can still clean map. zero passives with bypasses energy shield.

Hi. same thing is happening to me. I'm getting one shoot on a tier 14 map with zero modifiers with almost 9k es. Just killed my build
