Constant crashes

Is anyone having constant game crashing when playing POE2 on either PS5 OR XBOX ?

I cant find any thread on this issue, so wanted to raise this as the game is becoming unbearable to play. 3-4 hours of gaming i get over 10 crashes, doesnt help when your running chaos trials too!!!

Does every get the same issue?

Yes, same for me. I get a crash every 30 mins playing on PC

I'm on Xbox Series X and in last day or so I hit act 3 with Plant Druid. Now in last day or so its crashing constantly.
