Constant Crashes since latest hotfix (0.4.0c hotfix 5)

Since todays patch my game keeps crashing every 5 minutes or so with no error message, just to desktop instantly. Doesn't matter if i am in a map or in hideout, both cases have been obversed. Tried chaning from DX to Vulcan, that didn't help. Any suggestions and this is a known issue? Let me know how i can provide more information on how it occurs.

Got the same issue since last league in PoE1. Made 10+ forum posts about that with full description. Seems nobody cares because there is not much people with such problem. Very sad...

Since todays patch it is even worse, i still get the same crashes but now for some reason the game starts ramping up in how much memory it takes, resulting into using all 32gb after a while, and it either crashes or my pc bluescreens. Please look into this, the game is literaly unplayable, or at least give me some feedback on how i can provide you with more details. Thank you.
