Trade Search untagged Pseudo Mods cause problems

Some explicit modifier are wrongly tagged as explicit but their values work as pseudo modifier instead. This messes up weighted search sums because it doubles what would be expected.

This behaviour can be expected to happen with fractured and desecrated modifiers.

increased Critical Hit Chance for Spells
to Level of all Fire Spell Skills
increased Spell Damage
