Medallion Quest bug

I am having issues with the ~Medallion~ Quest in Act 2 ~ Valley of the Titans. If you see 9n the pics bellow I found and entered relics in the altar but it is not offering the buff and extra charm slot, it only offers (O) Close. This happed quite a few days ago and I have been coming back periodically to see if it has fixed itself. It has not so please advise what to do next.

I would like some type of compensation in good favor for my trouble/efforts. Especially since your support team said sorry we are too busy post it here and hope to get it fixed. Being a day one founders member and spent plenty of money and time on your game despite this and other issues with multiple characters in older leagues I have ignored and let go. I will wait for your quick response please and thank you.
