Rampage+Zerphi's Legacy+Aftershocks=BUG

Hi GGG team,I found a bug with Rampage + Zerphi's Legacy + Mountain Splitter. Here's the issue clearly:
1.Use Rampage with Zerphi's Legacy support gem socketed, then trigger Mountain Splitter during Rampage.
2.Let Rampage end completely, but the Mountain Splitter Aftershocks are still active.
3.In this situation, casting ANY life-cost skills cannot restore Glory for Rampage at all, until the Aftershocks fully stop.
Expected: Life-cost skills should give Rampage Glory normally, no matter if the Aftershocks are active or not after Rampage ends.
