Stacking lightning res buff from quest reward item

On the map Halls of the dead (Act 4)
I'm on the quest to defeat Yama the white (ONLY) I have completed some quests on this map yesterday but haven't defeated the boss yet.
Today I have entered the map and had a change to complete Hinekora Totem quest ONCE AGAIN and got +5% lighting resistance item AGAIN, like yesterday. I'm got the same usable item from my previous run and on new map I had it once again.

Investigate giving players multiple of quest items that give stats.

Okay I think it might be false alarm cause just noticed there are like 3 totems with 3 different rewards.

It is confusing tho getting 3 multi-choice rewards on 1 map.
