Charm stun bugged?

Is it possible the Stun charm is bugged? I notice I'm being stunned, but I stay stunned until I'm killed without being able to do anything. When I check the charm's charges, they're at zero. This is only happening to me in this league.

Cannot be Stunned: This modifier prevents any new stuns from occuring during the charm's effect. It does not remove any pre-existing stuns on the character (e.g. the stun that activates this charm).

I know I'm stunned, but I can't stop being stunned, you understand? I can't stop being stunned. And when I check my charms, the charges are at zero!

I don't quite understand. If you've already used all charges, how do you expect to stop being stunned?

The charm lasts for about four seconds and has two charges. When enemies corner me and stun me the first time, in theory I should just have to wait for the stun to wear off and then I'll be immune, but that doesn't happen. I don't know how long the stun lasts, but I don't think it's longer than four seconds.

Are you sure you still had charges before this stun?
