Did not receive +40 spirit reward

I am playing POE2 on my PS5 and have a druid in the latest season "The Last Of The Druids". I am in the campaign and at the interludes, running the Khari section.

While trying to equip the "cast on crit" gem I noticed it requires 100 spirit. After some research I discovered that I should receive a +40 spirit reward for defeating "Lythara the wayward spear" It is apparently a boss required to defeat befor gaining access to the "Glacial Tarn". I have access to this and completed the entire interlude for Khari, but still do not have the +40 spirit reward.

I don't know how this happened, Is there something that can be done to fix my character ("Qaos_plant") with this item?

Ok, nvm. I was in the wrong interlude. I found her.

the same thing happened to me too... after killing Lithara instead of having 100 spirit (I was at 60) I even got to 50
