Dismounting Rhoa on weapon swap/level up/skill gem level up and more Bug

As in the title, player will dismount Rhoa on weapon swap, level up, skill gem level up and on a few less common occasions. Particularly the weapon swap is horribly annoying, as you can imagine this pretty much kills any weapon swap + Rhoa builds.

What the dismount looks like:
On weapon swap (or any other action from the above list), player will stand up from the rhoa, while remaining inside of it, from then on, player character acts regular (as if not on Rhoa) and Rhoa is "stuck" inside of us, following every step we take - It is possible to click on Rhoa and mount her, however that requires entire mounting animation.

Happened on deadeye using bow - multiple maps (incl. campaign), multiple restarts, Rhoa resets etc. Skill gems used:
Ice shot, freezing salvo, snipe, Herald of Ice, Rhoa, Deadeye Mirage ( The ascendancy skill). Bug persists even if weapon swap does not introduce ANY changes, same skill tree, same weapons, same available skills - bug will still occur.
