Stuck in loading screen /assets does not spawn

Started this morning and made no changes to PC or gamefile but started with not loading character on character screen and then unusual long loading screen.

Once ingame and you try to open the atlas it doesnt load, just the wheels turning and when i close it hideout doesnt show either, solved it by teleporting to the temple and after a minute or two of loading.

Then inside map monsters doesnt load, you see their ground affect and modifiers like temporal bubble and alike but no monsters, no shrines, missing walls and floor tiles.
Once mobs got tabbed they were vissible sometimes, loot was visible.

Tried switching from Vulkan to Dx to reset shaders but game just crashed over and over again so i did it the manual way and reset router and fully reinstalled the game but now i cant get past the character screen, the loading screen wont go away but i can hear the game and characters interacting in the back, i just cant get past the loading screen.

Any advice would be appriciated

Running AMD, hence Vulkan and i have the most recent drivers
