COA SOCKETED SKILL DOES NOT PROC IN ABYSSAL DEPTHS!!!

Cast On Ailment Socketed skills does not work in Abyssal Depths

I use cast on ailment with my Wyvern flame breath and it does not proc the skills socketed on Cast on Ailment spirit gem even when reaching max energy inside Abyssal Depths. I mainly socketed living bomb and firestorm but I tried other spells and it still does not work!!!
