Completely Bricked Atlas (bugged)

I recorded my screen and uploaded it to youtube .
its me going trough my Atlas.

As far as i can see there is 0 citadels and i explored quite a lot .
i also pan deep into the fog and there is none there also.

is my atlas just bricked? or am i missing something?

Do you want citadel to spawn right next to refugee or what??

Explored quite a lot...cmon man!!

i mean ,i showed the fog all around also , and as far as i know you can see the beams from the citadels in the fog if there is one.

and there is none . so if there is no citadels 50+ maps in any direction on top of where i already went .

That is a bug no?

They show in the fog when you've cleared enough atlas, and they show up in the fog but close to explored atlas.

It's not that you start endgame and explore fog for 2 days in search of citadels and claim game is broken because you dont see one.
Keep exploring, just saying because i have like 9 bookmarked citadels i cant do because i'm low level.

I am gonna play regardless , and i can't be sure there is no citadel somewhere 300 maps in a straight line .

i don't see how your atlas and 9 citadels are connected to this story .
every atlas is generated for each player .

i don't know why you are angry at me for reporting a bug. if it's a bug , good GGG can see and fix it , if it isn't again GGG has tools to open my atlas and see it isn't .
