Unable to obtain the last two skill points from map bosses

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with obtaining the last two skill points awarded by map bosses.

I have repeated the required content multiple times, but the skill points are still not being granted. I also tested this with two different characters, with the same result.

Content completed multiple times:

Tier 79+ maps with 6 modifiers (completed several times);

Tier 80 maps with 6 modifiers (completed several times);

Tier 79+ Anomaly with 6 modifiers (completed more than 5 times);

Tier 79+ Citadel Boss with 6 modifiers (completed more than 10 times);

Final Pinnacle Boss (completed more than 6 times).

Despite all these attempts, the last two skill points were not awarded.

I would appreciate a solution, as this issue prevents me from progressing through the endgame content.
