Technical Issue - Game messes up my mouse

For the last 3 days or so, POE2 makes my mouse "stuck". I.e. while moving my cursor, it pauses/gets stuck, and then jumps from point to point. Even after closing out the game, it will persist while on the net, or other games.

This does Not occur before logging in to POE2, or while playing other games. And sadly it has made POE2 entirely unplayable.
