Warlord berserker is bugged

Either the description is completely wrong or it doesn't work as intended.

1. Regenerating rage from Eternal rage does not count as "gaining" rage for purposes of this notable. However, rage loss is only paused when "gaining" rage, so logically, you MUST be gaining rage.

2. Attacking while full rage with rage gained on hit also doesn't count as gaining rage for purposes of this notable. For the same reason above, this is wrong.
