Spellslinger Implicit Prevents Wolfpack from Being Summoned

Using any setup with a Spellslinger implicit causes Wolfpack to stop working entirely. Once Spellslinger is active, Wolfpack cannot be summoned at all, with no error message or visual feedback. The issue occurs consistently (100% reproduction rate)
