Controller no longer recognized?

It's been over a week since I've been able to play with my controller on PC. I was wondering if this was a known thing that was being worked on?

I've had 0 issues since launch, plug and play etc. D-Input.

Wired / BT doesn't matter
Steam recognizes controller inputs / games

Poe2 options won't "auto" nor dropdown lit up (pre-login obv)

Using: GuliKit NS09 (KingKong Pro)
OS: Arch
Support Ticket literally told me to post here. "Thank you for the message and for taking the time to let us know about this. Due to an incredibly large number of support requests, we are not able to look at it in detail here, however if you post the report on the forums, the Development team will be sure to take a look.
