You gonna add 'INFINITE LOADING SCREENS' to known issues?

Both my friends that play on PS5, get slapped with infinite loading practically 80% of the time they either open menus or switch zones.

They have reinstalled, repaired file integrity, etc.

Even one of them tried on a second console and had the same issue.

There are also other people posting about this, but of course no staff ever responds.

You have a live service game. There is nothing wrong with someone working through the holidays.

Doubt they will, we've been complaining about this for almost 3 weeks now and the only thing that seems to be changed is temple nerfs. I cant even play a map and open my inventory without having to relaunch the game 3 times. It also makes us lose our abyssal depths after relaunching the game saying we cant join a area we left when technically we haven't even been there because of the loading. At this point the game isn't fun anymore and it seems are post are ignored.

Yep. It's really frustrating... and it's not even happening to me. But my friend is in discord with me, trying to play. And understandably it's just wearing on him.

My friends have noticed that the start of their daily session seems stable for like 20 minutes. Able to travel around. Open menus. Then it just goes to ****. And from that point it's bricked. Loads on everything.

Like how the hell does opening a menu brick the game causing you to have to reset the game?

Has to be some shader compiling or some weird thing.

Feels extra bad when these friends have put hundreds into MTX and tabs and supporter packs and all that.

I can't even log a character today. It's been loading for over 9 minutes now and still on loading screen.
I know it's open access and everything, but if you want people to test it, we need to be able to log in.

I created a post for this too and apparently it was deleted. For myself this has been going on since this expansion wa s released, every day. I have been playing for hours and hours every day but i do so by having to quit and reload the game every time i switch tabs,or maps, or eveeven going from the login screen to char select to actually getting in the game. I have tourettes syndrome with dramatic ocd about some things so yes playing this game, which i do really enjoy, is nuts w these issues. I just wish someone would acknowledge us and say it is atat least being looked into. Sorry for any misspelling. On the ps5, the text box covers the entire box that you type into. Gods Lol imiss my pc.

First I want to say that I have long been a POE player and I don't plan on stopping but wow this bug is annoying. So I was trying to move to another player's hideout to make a trade purchase, however as usual I was going to have to quit and log back in , I thought, to get to the hideout. Each time that I got to the hideout's loading screen though if I waited to see if I eventually get in, it would just keep loading. If I tried to quit and reload, I would be placed back in to Kingsmarch where I am currently at and upon each reload, I would have to search Trade again to find that item and the same seller to attempt to teleport again but since Kingsmarch kept loading when I would reload, it acted as if Kingsmarch was where I was trying to get to and not the seller's hideout. Therefore I never got to the seller's hideout. This has happened over and over since LotD was released. I have only made it to one seller, one time.

The lack of any recognition is the worst part. If they could add it to the list or even say "we know of the issue and we can't prioritize it right now" that would be better than complete silence.
I've given up now, hopefully it will be solved by 0.5
