Mirage Deadeye + Armour Piercing Rounds interaction

The mirage with only aim once per clip at the enemy, if the enemy moves the mirage will keep shooting at the original location until the clip ends, this is more noticeable when using items that give "chance to not consume bolt".

Is this a bug or is it intended?
